Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in business analysis and business architecture for enterprise application implementations.

Hands-on experience as a Pega Business Architect or Senior Business Architect.

Strong understanding of Pega Platform, case management, workflows, stages, steps, assignments, SLAs, and business rules.

Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation.

Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional specifications.

Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlogs, and sprint-based delivery.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, UAT, and release processes.

Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation teams.

Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in banking, financial services, retail banking, lending, payments, cards, or customer service operations.

Experience with Pega Customer Service, Pega Customer Decision Hub, or other Pega industry frameworks.

Knowledge of BPM, business process reengineering, and workflow automation.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and business process modeling tools.

Experience in large-scale Pega transformation and modernization programs.

Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification or equivalent Pega business architecture credentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

8–12+ years of business analysis or business architecture experience, including substantial Pega project exposure.

Proven experience leading requirements and process design for complex enterprise projects.

Key Screening Criteria

Direct experience as a Pega Business Architect or Senior Business Architect.

Strong hands-on understanding of case lifecycle design and Pega business rules.

Ability to conduct workshops and convert business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Experience working closely with Pega technical architects and development teams.

Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination experience.
