Pega CDH Business Analyst (BA) Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for customer engagement and decisioning initiatives.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for Pega CDH solutions.

Work with technical teams to design decision strategies, Next-Best-Action frameworks, and engagement policies.

Support configuration and validation of customer decisioning logic within Pega CDH.

Participate in user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning in Agile environments.

Conduct UAT support, testing validation, and requirement traceability.

Analyze customer data and engagement strategies to improve personalization and campaign effectiveness.

Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Pega environments, preferably with Pega CDH.

Good understanding of Pega Customer Decision Hub concepts such as:

Next Best Action (NBA)

Decision Strategies

Arbitration

Engagement Policies

Adaptive Models

Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and process analysis.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with customer analytics, marketing automation, or decisioning platforms.

Knowledge of data models, APIs, and integration concepts.

Pega Business Architect (BA) or CDH certification is a plus.

Experience in banking, financial services, telecom, or retail industries.
