Role Description The People Acquisition Specialist – Blue Collars is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with internal stakeholders and clients. The specialist tracks market trends and talent availability, maintains talent pipelines, and updates recruitment databases to ensure timely and effective staffing. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with operations and HR teams to understand workforce needs, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in hiring practices and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess talent pools, labor trends, and recruitment performance.
- Candidates should possess Acquisitions and Program Management skills to manage hiring campaigns, coordinate multiple requisitions, and deliver on workforce plans.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
- Familiarity with blue-collar recruitment processes, local labor regulations, and workforce planning in industrial, logistics, or service environments is beneficial.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic MS Office tools is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach to hiring.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in talent acquisition, is advantageous.
