We are seeking a People & Culture Lead to manage and execute the company's people operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for HR execution, compliance, and employee lifecycle management within a structured HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end people and HR operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation using JISR
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies
- Manage performance management and employee relations
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Serve as the primary people partner for management and employees
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles
- Saudi national (mandatory)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Proof of English proficiency through STEP, IELTS, TOEFL, or graduation from an international university
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably JISR
- High professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail
