Job Title: People and Culture Manager

Location: Nasr City , Cairo

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented People and Culture Manager to lead and enhance our human capital strategy within a dynamic engineering consultancy environment. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention across the company.

Preference will be given to candidates with an engineering background or prior experience in engineering consultancy, business consulting services, or professional consulting firms, ensuring strong alignment with our technical and project-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development programs.
• Oversee performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies, compliance, and best practices are effectively maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of project-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
