Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a People and Culture Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will oversee organizational culture initiatives, design and implement people-focused strategies, and manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. The manager will work closely with leadership to foster an inclusive workplace environment, address employee concerns, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Additionally, this role includes leading training and development programs and driving engagement strategies to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Team Building
- Skills in Organizational Culture Development and change management
- Proficiency in Training, Career Development, and Performance Management processes
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in creating and implementing employee engagement strategies
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus
- Experience in technology or accessibility-focused industries is an advantage
