About Your Team
The People & Culture team partners closely with business leaders, project teams, and employees to ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with company standards. We support the full employee lifecycle across multiple projects and geographies, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience at every stage.
This role works closely with the Senior P&C Specialist, department heads, and operations teams across the UAE and KSA, supporting both office-based and project-based employees.
Your Role
As a P&C Officer, you will provide end-to-end HR operational support to the ALEC FIT OUT business, including:
Onboarding & Orientation
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manpower Planning & Coordination
Offboarding & Attrition Management
Probation Management
Reporting & Data Management
Logistics Support
