Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in tracking performance review cycles and preparing related reports
  • Support communication and follow-up for goal-setting and appraisal processes
  • Help analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
  • Support OD projects such as career pathing
  • Help with salary benchmarking and data

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
