- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in tracking performance review cycles and preparing related reports
- Support communication and follow-up for goal-setting and appraisal processes
- Help analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Support OD projects such as career pathing
- Help with salary benchmarking and data
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
