- Provide support in managing employee records and HR information systems
- Assist with HR administrative tasks including recruitment support and documentation management
- Help coordinate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Contribute to the administration of performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Support organizational development projects and cultural activities
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to implement HR best practices and foster a positive workplace environment
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for human resources and organizational culture
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
