Role Summary
The People and Organization Executive plays a key role in supporting the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, employee engagement initiatives, and operational support for People and Organization functions.
ROLE PROFILE
- Manage documentation for onboarding, promotions, and exits.
- Support employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing town halls, social events, and employee recognition programs.
- Assist employees with People and Organization related inquiries and provide timely support.
- Collaborate with teams to design and deliver initiatives supporting Emiratization and UAE national talent engagement.
- Assist in tracking performance cycles and collecting relevant data for reviews.
- Maintain HR system data accuracy and prepare basic reports as required.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling and candidate communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or related field.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Strong Communications and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
