Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a People & Culture Executive join our team. As a facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, implementing HR strategies, and championing our company’s culture initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on HR expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to support our diverse workforce.


Key Responsibilities

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and legal requirements, including motivational trainings and sessions with employees.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage performance appraisal processes, provide coaching and feedback to employees, and support career development initiatives.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Design and deliver training programs on topics such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and team building.

-Â Â Â Facilitator for corporate training and presentations, including branding and introducing Curparox and its culture to others.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, payroll processing, and compliance with regulatory standards.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommend improvements to existing processes, and contribute to HR strategy development.


Qualifications

-       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on people and culture initiatives.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards in UAE.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
