  • Organization Development (OD)
  • Lead and manage the organization's overall Organization Development strategy and initiatives
  • Design and implement OD frameworks aligned with business strategy and organizational objectives
  • Conduct Organization Diagnosis and identify organizational gaps and development opportunities
  • Develop and implement Organization Structure and Job Design initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Job Descriptions, Job Families, Career Paths, and Competency Frameworks
  • Design and implement Competency Models and Competency-Based HR practices
  • Lead Performance Management cycles, including KPIs, goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Develop and implement Career Management and Succession Planning frameworks
  • Identify critical roles and develop talent pipelines and succession plans
  • Lead Talent Management initiatives and high-potential employee development programs
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collaborate with L&D teams to build development plans
  • Support workforce planning and organizational capability development
  • Develop and execute the People & Culture strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong, positive, and high-performance organizational culture
  • Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, employee experience, and retention
  • Design and implement employee engagement surveys and action plans
  • Establish and monitor key People & Culture metrics and dashboards
  • Identify employee-related challenges and develop data-driven solutions
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback, collaboration, accountability, and development
  • Own the end-to-end Performance Management process
  • Develop and continuously improve KPIs, OKRs, competency assessments, and performance evaluation tools
  • Coach managers on effective performance management and feedback practices
  • Analyze performance results and identify organizational and individual development gaps
  • Establish Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required
  • Develop career frameworks and career progression paths
  • Lead succession planning for critical positions
  • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans
  • Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and future capability requirements
  • Support internal mobility and career development initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture/OD team
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members
  • Monitor team performance and ensure effective delivery of People & Culture initiatives
  • Build a high-performing and collaborative team culture
  • Provide guidance and expertise to managers on people and organizational matters
  • Partner with senior management and business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies
  • Act as a strategic HR/OD advisor to managers and leadership
  • Facilitate organizational change and support leaders through transformation initiatives
  • Present People & Culture insights, recommendations, and reports to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in HR, Organization Development, People & Culture, or a related field.

Strong and proven experience in Organization Development and its major functions, including:

Proven experience in leading and developing a team.

Strong experience working directly with senior management and business leaders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English is a must, both written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational behavior, and people management.
