Position description: Assist in managing People and Development sector projects by gathering requirements, coordinating execution, and ensuring alignment with objectives. Serve as a key contact for supporting internal and external audits related to people and development initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating projects and gathering requirements for People and Development.
- Support KPI development and budget preparation.
- Track project progress and escalate risks.
- Facilitate audits and ensure documentation is complete.
- Analyze program effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Provide necessary support and perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Educational Qualifications Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in the field of Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A professional certificate in project management is preferable such as PMP.
