Job purpose:
The People & Growth Senior Specialist is a strategic HR professional dedicated to fostering an environment of continuous learning and development within the organization. This role is pivotal in identifying and bridging skill gaps, enhancing employee capabilities, and driving organizational performance through targeted learning initiatives. The incumbent will champion the design and delivery of innovative training programs, manage performance evaluation systems, and support career development, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of strategic learning plans that support the company's goals and employee career progression.
Conduct in-depth assessments to identify developmental needs and design interventions at both individual and team level.
Create and facilitate engaging training programs, leveraging various learning methods such as e-learning, workshops, coaching, and job-shadowing.
Lead the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet the learning objectives. This involves preparing session materials, engaging participants, providing clear and concise instruction, and evaluating the effectiveness of each session to continuously improve training delivery.
Assume full responsibility for the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes ensuring the LMS is up to date with the latest learning modules, tracking employee progress, analysing usage data to improve learning experiences, and maintaining system integrity and security.
Negotiate contracts, and manage resources to deliver high-quality training solutions within the defined learning and development budge.
Streamline the performance management process to ensure it supports and is in sync with the company's strategic goals, enhancing overall workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
