The Talent Collective are working with a a global US company who are looking to hire a People Operations Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We're looking for a positive individual who is passionate about all things people ops. As the only people representative on the ground, you'll be open to taking on any people/hr task to ensure that the employees have a positive experience on the ground, in line with the international business.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new employees in the region by efficiently managing all phases of the onboarding cycle, including contract generation and management, benefits administration, and training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local government agencies, labor unions, business consultants, partners, and other stakeholders in the region to ensure compliance with local regulations and to promote a positive company image.
- Answer questions from local employees in the MENA region about their employment.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development, trainings and health & safety programs
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience of KSA labor laws and regulations
- Fluency in both Arabic and English are required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Deep attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
