About the Role

As a People Operations Support Specialist, you will support our Germany People Operations team by managing employee lifecycle processes and delivering an excellent experience to employees and stakeholders. You will work closely with German-speaking colleagues while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service quality across our HR operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and employee documentation.
• Handle Jira tickets and maintain employee records in Workday.
• Create employee profiles and support monthly onboarding batches.
• Coordinate DocuSign workflows and HR documentation processes.
• Partner with German-speaking stakeholders and provide operational HR support.
• Maintain data accuracy, manage escalations, and support process improvements.
• Contribute to international projects and cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration, People Operations, Shared Services, or a similar role.
• German proficiency at B2-C1 level and strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Experience working with German-speaking stakeholders is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Experience with Workday, Jira, and DocuSign is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Previous HR experience is a plus.
