Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Lead and execute DIFC Courts paid, digital and conversion marketing capability, turning awareness into measurable enquiries, clause engagement, service registrations and partner sourced demand
  • Operate as a self-driven individual contributor within the marketing strategy, priorities, standards and budgets set by the Head of Marketing & Communications
  • Shape channel plans, control day to day media optimisation, and bring recommendations on investment allocation and demand generation opportunities to the Head of Marketing & Communications for decision
  • Lead partner marketing activation with free zones, government entities and ecosystem partners, working with the Growth and Partnerships function, which owns partnership strategy and relationship management

Areas of Responsibilities:

Performance and digital marketing (approximately 70 per cent of the role)

  • Execute the annual and quarterly performance and digital marketing plans, translating the strategy, channel priorities, investment allocation, audience approach and measurement framework set by the Head of Marketing & Communications into delivery in line with the Courts five year strategy
  • Lead and execute the planning, launch and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager as core channels, using YouTube, TikTok and programmatic channels where audience fit and approved plans justify them
  • Own and execute the marketing measurement architecture across GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, campaign events, offline conversion data and the department's UTM taxonomy, ensuring reliable attribution from campaign exposure through to qualified enquiry and completed registration
  • Establish and operate CRM linked lead capture and closed loop reporting, including source attribution, lead definitions, lead routing, service owner hand off and lead quality feedback
  • Apply AI across the performance workflow, including AI driven bidding, creative and audience optimisation and AI-assisted analysis and reporting, evaluating emerging AI marketing capabilities and recommending adoption where they improve results or efficiency
  • Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies aligned to priority audiences, including general counsel and law firms, free zones and corporates, new economy firms, residents and family offices
  • Support the Head of Marketing & Communications when required in the selection and appointment of media and creative agencies and vendors, and lead their briefing, onboarding and performance management, setting clear deliverables and service levels

Partnerships marketing (approximately 30 per cent of the role)

  • Translate partnership priorities into an annual portfolio of measurable co-marketing programmes with free zones, government entities and ecosystem partners, in coordination with the Growth and Partnerships function
  • Own the partner programme plan, campaign brief, distribution and measurement for each activation, with co-branded creative produced and adapted by the Marketing & Communications Specialist to those briefs
  • Lead and execute joint campaign planning with partner marketing teams, defining audiences, responsibilities, content, distribution, timelines, approvals and performance targets
  • Develop partner marketing toolkits, including co-branded assets, model clause content, campaign kits and onboarding materials that make DIFC Courts easy for partners to promote and embed within their channels and customer journeys
  • Secure and coordinate distribution through partner websites, portals, EDMs, social channels, onboarding journeys and events, using dedicated landing pages, QR codes, referral codes and UTM links

Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent
  • 5-8 years in performance or digital marketing
  • Demonstrated hands on management of paid campaigns and material media budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager
  • Current Google Ads certification and advanced hands on proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, UTM governance and dashboarding in Looker Studio or Power BI
