As a Performance & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing and improving both business operations and sales performance to drive strategic growth. You will support the business by providing data-driven insights, leading growth and optimization initiatives, and ensuring efficient use of tools and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Additionally, you will work on broader business analysis, identifying operational efficiencies, market trends, and revenue opportunities to help the organisation make informed decisions. You will be involved in compiling and analysing business and sales data, monitoring performance through CRM and operational reviews, and implementing improvements to support overall business success.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse business performance, market trends, and customer behaviors to acquire actionable insights for business growth, then devise and execute product & process initiatives that generate bottom-line growth for the business.
  • Track key metrics such as lead inflow, conversion rates, sales cycle length for the online as well as offline sales funnels and lead initiatives to improve them.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Review stale accounts, sales pipeline, renewals, and rotation strategies to optimise the sales process
  • Monitor and evaluate customer and market trends, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance overall business productivity
  • Work with stakeholders to improve the sales process, customer journey, and service offerings
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of business tools, including CRM, Learning Management Systems, and reporting dashboards
  • Develop data-driven methods to assess business and sales performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Optimize CRM processes by deeply understanding end-to-end sales and operational flows, and collaborating with the product team to design and implement more efficient workflows.
  • Collect and analyse large datasets, generating insights on sales trends, market performance, and operational efficiencies
  • Prepare and present sales evaluation reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations to management
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to provide benchmarking and strategic guidance
  • Track sales enablement metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of business initiatives on revenue and performance
  • Provide the sales team with data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition
  • Identify knowledge or skill gaps within the sales team and support training initiatives to enhance performance
  • Stay updated on industry laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the sales team is informed of market changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business & Optimization, Sales Operations and enablement, or Growth roles
  • Experience in e-commerce, classifieds platforms, or pricing strategy is a must
  • Hands-on experience working with sales teams, performance tracking, and business process optimization or business growth
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and CRM management
  • Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data
  • Knowledge of sales processes, pricing models, and market research methodologies
  • Awareness of business strategy, financial analysis, and operational efficiencies
  • Industry knowledge of cars, automative services, or digital marketplace trends is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to create clear and actionable data reports, presentations, and sales insights
  • Attention to details with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations
  • A self-starter and a great team player
  • High standards, highly motivates, and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
