eyouth is looking for a Performance & Organizational Development Specialist to support the development and implementation of effective performance management and organizational development practices.
The role will be responsible for managing performance cycles, developing organizational structures, updating job descriptions, supporting career and competency frameworks, and translating employee and business needs into practical development initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including probation, quarterly, mid-year, and annual evaluations.
- Coordinate with managers to set clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable performance expectations.
- Follow up on evaluation completion and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Review performance results and prepare analytical reports and management recommendations.
- Support performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness across departments.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate Performance Improvement Plans.
- Link performance results with development plans, promotions, salary reviews, and succession planning.
- Train and support managers on performance management tools and effective feedback practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential performance records.
Organizational Development
- Review and update the company's organizational structure in line with business needs.
- Develop, review, and standardize job descriptions across all departments.
- Support the development of job families, career paths, and promotion criteria.
- Assist in designing competency frameworks for different roles and organizational levels.
- Participate in job evaluation, grading, and role-mapping activities.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support workforce and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Support restructuring and change-management projects across different departments.
Learning and Employee Development
- Conduct training needs assessments based on performance results and business priorities.
- Support the preparation and implementation of the annual learning and development plan.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Develop Individual Development Plans for employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare development reports.
- Support leadership and managerial development initiatives.
Employee Experience and HR Analytics
- Design and analyze employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational health surveys.
- Prepare dashboards and reports covering performance, competencies, development needs, and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to HR and management.
- Support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives in coordination with the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or a similar HR role.
- Practical experience in managing performance appraisal cycles and KPI frameworks.
- Experience in developing job descriptions, organizational charts, competency frameworks, or career paths.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
