Job Title: Performance and Recruitment Executive (Part-Time)
Location: Agouza, Giza, Egypt – On-site (with mobility across group sites)
About the Role
A leading multi-entity group work in cosmetics and natural oils is seeking a hands-on expert to join as Performance and Recruitment Executive, reporting directly to the CHRO.
This is a part-time role (2 or 3 days per week) for a senior specialist who can implement performance management frameworks and lead group-wide recruitment activities, while personally executing and ensuring delivery on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Translate group strategy into clear company, department, and individual objectives with cascaded KPIs across entities.
- Design, implement, and manage the full performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals).
- Define and validate KPIs aligned with financial, operational, and people performance.
- Develop practical tools (scorecards, dashboards, templates) and ensure proper data collection and reporting.
- Prepare performance reports and follow up with managers on gaps, corrective actions, and development plans.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the group.
- Partner with line managers to identify manpower needs, define job profiles, and set selection criteria.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across different levels (blue-collar, white-collar, and managerial roles).
- Standardize recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience across entities.
- Track and improve recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
Data, Reporting & Follow-up
- Define performance data requirements across functions (HR, operations, sales, finance).
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for senior management.
- Ensure data accuracy and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for reporting efficiency.
Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and business leaders on performance and recruitment.
- Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and hiring decisions.
- Support building a performance-driven, merit-based culture across the group.
Working Model
- Part-time role: 2 or 3 working days per week
- Requires flexibility to move between group sites as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with postgraduate studies or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance management systems and KPI frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across different job levels.
- Proven ability to work as an individual contributor and deliver independently.
- Strong business acumen and ability to link KPIs to operational and financial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills.
