The Performance Executive is responsible for overseeing and supporting the execution of one or more projects, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. The role emphasizes performance tracking, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement across teams .
- Framework Development Support Assist in establishing a comprehensive framework for managing projects, encompassing tracking, monitoring, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Project Documentation & Data Analysis Support the department in preparing project documentation, collecting relevant data, and generating analytical reports.
- Performance Monitoring Track and follow up on key performance indicators and parameters to effectively evaluate project outcomes.
- Training & Awareness Organize and assist in delivering training sessions on the project management framework and documentation standards.
- Framework Enforcement Ensure consistent adherence to the framework within the defined scope and project lifecycle.
- Performance Reporting Prepare and regularly update reports on the overall performance of AZF projects.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Follow up on project performance with relevant functions and departments to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Implementation Assistance Support departments and functions in applying and integrating the project management framework into their operations.
Performance Management
- Framework Development Support Assist in establishing a performance measurement framework across AZF to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Implementation of Best Practices Track and ensure the application of best practices across functional and cross-functional industries.
- KPI Monitoring Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Indicator Effectiveness Review Track and assess the relevance and effectiveness of existing performance indicators.
- Performance Optimization Identify improvement opportunities based on best practices, and implement solutions to enhance performance.
- Underperformance Analysis Detect areas of underperformance and provide recommendations or actions to resolve issues.
- Insight Communication Communicate performance findings to relevant stakeholders to drive business improvement.
- Technology Integration Facilitate the adoption of digital tools for accurate and efficient performance measurement
- Reporting and Dashboarding Prepare analytical performance reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights to management.
- Framework Implementation Support Guide and assist departments and functions in implementing and adhering to the performance measurement framework.
- 3 - 5 years of experience of which 1 year should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- PMP Certificate is a plus.
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools (MS Projects, PRINCE 2) is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in risk management and budget management.
- Excellent report and procedure writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel dashboards)
- Ability to manage internal workflows (e.g., SharePoint, document control system).
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, six sigma basics).
