Job Summary

The Performance Lead monitors and reports on the performance of all office functions, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used for analytical and decision-making purposes. The role supports management by creating dashboards, analyzing trends, and driving process improvements through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs for all office functions on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for management and stakeholders.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.
  • Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems/databases.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filter and clean data, reviewing reports and performance indicators to detect and correct errors.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through data analysis.
  • Support analytical projects and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in data analytics, BI, or statistical tools are a plus.
  • 35+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with database management, dashboards, and MIS systems.
  • Exposure to insurance operations or performance metrics is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
  • Knowledge of various database types and data querying techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with database management systems.
  • Ability to use analytical tools to generate insights and automate reporting processes.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capable of identifying and implementing process improvements based on data.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail in reporting and dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of analytical projects.
