Job Description

Title: Performance Management Senior Manager

Department: Finance - Performance and Capital Management

Location: Riyadh

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes.
  • Govern the department implementation of risk-related policies and processes (operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks).
  • Reviews implementation of the internal control systems in line with relevant operating procedures and regulatory requirements and takes corrective action based on audit findings.
  • Develops key management information to aid business decision making, encompassing financial and nonfinancial metrics.
  • Utilizes the available Management Information (MI) systems, in conjunction with Head of Capital and Performance Management, to ensure delivery and regular production of key MI.
  • Manages the collection of complex financial/ non-financial information from across all divisions of SAB.
  • Supports annual operating and strategic plan consolidation across function and products and does the system consolidation as well and reports the same.
  • Manages the preparation of ad hoc Management Information reporting requests from the Senior Management.
  • Operationalizes SAB ALCM policies and ensures that ALCM policies are being implemented in the IT systems.
  • Develops an internal reporting system in compliance with statutory rules and accounting practice.
  • Ensures implementation of any action points raised by auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Prepares and submits costing and budgetary variance reports to enable effective management decision making.
  • Measures financial KPI against targets, analyses variances and suggestions.
  • Responsible for handling and management of cost allocation methodology in line with latest organization structure and approved policy / allocation matrix.
  • Monitors process compliance of all transactions and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for submitting quarterly and annual operating segment note for published FS including underlying variances from prior period and AOP.
  • Liaises with and supports external auditors during financial audits to answer and address any queries and issues during internal and external audits.
  • Centralizes production of business finance production under MI Production unit within Finance.
  • Centralizes handling of processing of all invoices for SAB Subsidiaries related to charges recovery in accordance with approved SLAs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Prior financial performance management experience.
  • Strong HMI system experience with HMI maintenance, adjustment posting, and report generation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
