Job Description

Position: Freelance -Performance management and career development (Own Visa)

Contract: 3 to 6 Months

Working days- 5 Days

Language: Arabic and English

JOB Required

Performance Management

  • Manage all phases of the performance cycle: (Preparation of cycle, conduct awareness sessions, Provide support to employees & managers, Track progress and completion, Follow-up and report)
  • Ensure objective setting quality (SMART & alignment)

Career Development

  • Support and review Individual Development Plans
  • Track IDP submissions and analyse development needs
  • Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for low performers (Year Start)
  • Develop and monitor career transition plans (when required)

Training & Development

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Allocate activities based on training budget
  • Prepare annual training plan & calendar
  • Coordinate/ deliver training programs (internal/external)
  • Conduct training evaluations and effectiveness tracking
  • Manage 360 feedback surveys (through external platform) In progress
  • Support coaching initiatives (upcoming project)
  • Handle new joiners induction programs

Reporting & Support

  • Prepare reports and analysis using excel
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation
