Summary:
Performance Management Team Lead is responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring and enhancing the performance management framework, ensuring alignment between employee performance and organizational objectives to promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive performance management systems and automation plans.
- Develop operational plans for performance appraisal and career development.
- Establish realistic and measurable performance goals and KPIs for all organizational functions.
- Implement performance measurement tools such as scorecards aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring fairness, validity, and compliance.
- Collaborate with talent development teams to link performance outcomes with learning initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and training on performance management frameworks.
- Design competency assessment standards for recruitment, development, and promotion decisions.
- Manage incentive systems linking performance to rewards and recognition.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support in enhancing their performance and business awareness.
Minimum Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of performance management methods and tools.
- Knowledge of organization development practices, including job analysis and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others and drive performance improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional training or certification in Performance Management or in KPIs.
