Performance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Manager to drive business performance through data-driven insights, KPI management, sales force effectiveness, and strategic performance monitoring. This role plays a critical part in supporting organizational growth by transforming data into actionable recommendations, optimizing performance, and enabling informed decision-making across the business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and track KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze sales and business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Support sales target setting, performance reviews, and incentive program management.
• Develop performance dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.
• Lead sales force effectiveness initiatives, including territory sizing, targeting methodologies, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business success.
• Coach and develop the SFE Lead while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, benchmarking, and process enhancement initiatives.
  
  

Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in a managerial role.
• Strong background in business analytics, sales performance management, and market analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing performance measurement systems, incentives, and sales force effectiveness programs.
