Job Summary
We are looking for a business-oriented and strategic Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate understands not only platforms and numbers, but also business objectives, customer journeys, and revenue impact, and can translate strategy into performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and growth objectives.
Analyze full-funnel performance and customer journeys to drive leads, sales, and profitability, not just clicks.
Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rate.
Manage advertising budgets strategically to maximize ROI and business impact.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages.
Translate data and insights into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns support overall strategy.
Build performance roadmaps and continuously improve acquisition and retention strategies.
Prepare detailed performance reports with strategic insights and next steps, not just numbers.
Stay updated with platform changes, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Growth Marketer / Media Buyer.
Strong understanding of business metrics and growth drivers, not only media metrics.
Hands-on experience with major paid advertising platforms.
Solid knowledge of tracking, attribution, and analytics (Google Analytics, pixels, Tag Manager).
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think commercially and make decisions based on business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with e-commerce or lead-driven businesses.
Understanding of funnels, pricing, offers, and conversion optimization.
Experience working closely with sales or revenue teams.
