About the role

On behalf of Oh Polly, we at WebHouse are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimisation. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our digital marketing campaigns by implementing strategies to maximise performance, reach target audiences, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels such as paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and more.
  • Design and implement customer journey-based campaigns that seamlessly integrate performance marketing channels (paid search, social media, display) with CRM strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions for campaign optimization, including bid management, audience targeting, and ad creative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Implement personalized communication flows, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and other relevant channels, to nurture leads and foster customer loyalty.
  • Conduct A/B tests on various aspects of campaigns, such as email subject lines, ad copy, and landing pages, to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to deliver relevant and targeted messaging to different customer segments.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, CRM engagement, and customer behavior to stakeholders.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) while continuously optimizing for better results.
  • Leverage CRM tools to gather insights into customer behavior, preferences, and interactions, and use this data to inform campaign strategies.
  • Continuously optimize CRM workflows and performance marketing tactics based on test results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, conversion rates, click-through rates, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize performance, including bid adjustments, targeting refinements, ad copy improvements, and landing page optimizations.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve ad creative, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) and ensure spending remains within allocated budgets.
  • Allocate budget across various channels based on performance and potential impact.
  • Develop and refine audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to ensure precise targeting and relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across campaigns.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree - Must
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Tik Tok Ads etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other relevant software.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Certifications in relevant marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
