We're looking for hands on Performance Marketing Executive who knows how to turn clicks into conversations, and conversations into deals. If you live for data, love creative testing, and get excited by high-impact campaigns for premium real estate developments, this role is for you.

You'll lead paid media for luxury developments and resale listings - owning performance across Google, Meta and emerging platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimize digital and performance marketing campaigns for luxury Real Estate Developer
  • Manage paid media across Google Ads and Meta
  • Support campaigns on various platforms
  • Build account structures, keywords, audiences and conversion funnels
  • Identify and reach the right audiences using demographics, interests, behaviors and intent signals
  • Execute geo-targeting by city, country, region and radius based on project and sales strategy
  • Create, test and optimize ad copies, creatives and landing pages
  • Run A/B tests on ads, audiences and landing pages
  • Optimize CPL, CPA, CTR and conversion rate
  • Work with various teams to align messaging and funnel flow
  • Monitor performance in Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager and prepare reports

Requirements

  • Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and geographic segmentation
  • Experience in lead generation for high-ticket products
  • Ability to analyze data and turn it into optimization actions
  • Understanding of CRO, funnels and remarketing
  • Creative approach

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in digital and performance marketing real estate
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of various platforms
  • Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
