Job Description

Select Group is an award-winning real estate development and investment firm, delivering premium residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the UAE and Europe.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Executive with a strong digital mindset and hands-on execution skills to drive qualified leads and measurable revenue across our luxury and off-plan developments.

This role is commercial at its core. You will own end-to-end digital lead generation - from paid media and landing pages to CRM integration, automation and performance reporting - ensuring marketing directly supports sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Own the full digital funnel: Ads Landing Pages CRM Sales
  • Manage lead generation, remarketing and nurturing via email, WhatsApp and SMS
  • Optimize landing pages, websites and conversion rates (CRO)
  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, events)
  • Analyze performance and report on CPL, CPA, CVR and lead quality
  • Work closely with Sales, CRM and Creative teams to improve lead-to-sale conversion
  • Support project launches for luxury and off-plan developments

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in digital and performance marketing (Real Estate Preferred)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven experience driving leads for high-ticket products (Real Estate Preferred)
  • Solid understanding of funnels, CRO, remarketing and audience segmentation
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • Data-driven, commercially aware and results-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house marketing environment
