Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on regulated financial products
  • Drive acquisition for key funnel stages: lead → application → approval → activation
  • Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, approval rate, CAC, and LTV, not just traffic
  • Manage and scale media budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability targets
  • Partner with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all ads, copy, and creatives meet regulatory requirements
  • Lead A/B testing for creatives, messaging, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion and approval rates
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs to continuously improve acquisition quality
  • Develop and maintain remarketing and retargeting strategies to increase conversion and reactivation
  • Deliver clear performance reports, insights, and forecasts to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within fintech, consumer finance, lending, or digital financial services
  • Strong experience managing paid media for regulated products
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (search, display, video, and conversion optimization)
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and attribution models
  • Proven ability to optimize beyond leads, focusing on approval rates and customer quality
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
