Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on regulated financial products
Drive acquisition for key funnel stages: lead → application → approval → activation
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, approval rate, CAC, and LTV, not just traffic
Manage and scale media budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability targets
Partner with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all ads, copy, and creatives meet regulatory requirements
Lead A/B testing for creatives, messaging, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion and approval rates
Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs to continuously improve acquisition quality
Develop and maintain remarketing and retargeting strategies to increase conversion and reactivation
Deliver clear performance reports, insights, and forecasts to stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within fintech, consumer finance, lending, or digital financial services
Strong experience managing paid media for regulated products
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (search, display, video, and conversion optimization)
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and attribution models
Proven ability to optimize beyond leads, focusing on approval rates and customer quality
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
