As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, shaping, and optimising our digital campaigns in collaboration with the Group Performance Marketing Manager. You will engage with various internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
in this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Manage Performance Marketing Processes: Oversee the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, customer lifecycle management (CLM) initiatives, growth strategies, and other digital marketing activities
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with department heads and teams to discuss and align on marketing plans and strategies
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and automate the performance metrics of digital marketing efforts, measuring ROI and results against established KPIs
- Trend Identification and Optimisation: Identify market trends and insights to optimise spending and enhance overall campaign performance
- Data Reporting and Insights Sharing: Produce and analyse digital marketing analytics reports, sharing actionable insights with the team to inform optimisation strategies
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate internal and external business challenges and regulatory issues, recommending improvements to processes, products, or services
- Project Leadership: Lead high-visibility teams or projects to achieve key milestones and objectives
- Management Reporting: Provide effective and timely reporting to senior management on performance and strategic initiatives
- Autonomous Project Management: Demonstrate the ability to work independently on complex projects without supervision
- Mentorship and Quality Assurance: Mentor team members, review and validate their work to ensure high-quality output
- Team Management: Recruit, select, and train new candidates in core performance marketing
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Experience
- 7 - 8 years of prior experience in digital marketing and advertising;
- 2 years of experience in managing a team;
- Experience in a management role is a plus
Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of core digital marketing tools
- Advanced practical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing channels;
- Strong understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
- Well-versed with various CLM platforms and in-depth practical experience with some platforms and tools such as MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap, Airship, Sendgrid, Mailchimp, etc
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, user journeys, digital strategy, and best practices
Skills
- Strategic Thinker: Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical and data analysis skills
- MS Office Expertise: Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
