Job Description
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager. Location: Bangalore, on-site.
You'll lead revenue growth and paybacks across multiple channels: Spends, budget pacing, creative and audience testing, and scaling what works without breaking unit economics.
If you've personally taken a campaign from test to scale, you understand the user funnel, and you want to be the single accountable person for an app's paid growth number, this is your seat!
What you need:
→ 2+ years hands-on managing meaningful Meta & Google Ads spend
→ Strong analytical ability
→ Ownership mindset
Bonus: Experience with subscription/ in-app purchase apps (trials, renewals, churn, win-back) and/or the content ecosystem.
