Performance Marketing Manager

We have a current opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Kuwait.

Role Deatils:

Performance Marketing Manager for a permanent role with a leadinglexury retail organization in Kuwait.

This is a highimpact role responsible for owning multichannel paid acquisition, driving ROAS optimization, and scaling performance marketing activities across GCC, US, and Asian markets. The position plays a critical part in expanding market presence, optimizing spend across a large product catalogue, and strengthening brand competitiveness.

Role Details:

• Location: Kuwait (onsite)
• Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
• Job Type: Permanent, fulltime
• Notice Period: Immediate - 1 month

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels
• Strong track record optimising ROAS, scaling campaigns, and managing large advertising budgets
• Experience working with luxury ecommerce, premium brands, or highvalue consumer products is highly preferred
• Expertise in managing multigeography campaigns (GCC, US, Asia)
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced campaign performance analysis skills
• Ability to drive competitive research and enhance brand presence across digital channels
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decisionmaking capabilities
