About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and optimization for market-leading global brands. You will own performance strategy across digital channels, drive measurable ROI, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale campaigns that deliver growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), programmatic/display, and affiliate channels.
  • Plan, launch, monitor and optimize campaigns to hit CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume targets.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, and media planning teams to ensure aligned campaign execution.
  • Track performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4) and build dashboards/reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage media budgets efficiently and forecast spend based on performance trends and business objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to continuously improve channel performance.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million SAR digital media budgets.
  • Deep expertise with paid search, paid social, programmatic buying, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4), tag management, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
