We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid acquisition, monetization, and tracking efforts across web and mobile platforms.
Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and scaling paid campaigns primarily across the Google ecosystem. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through advanced campaign optimization, app monetization strategies, and accurate performance tracking.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, App Campaigns, YouTube)
- Google AdMob & Google AdSense monetization
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Firebase analytics and event tracking
- Google Tag Manager implementation
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
- Scale paid acquisition campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google AdMob monetization strategy for mobile applications, including mediation and revenue optimization.
- Oversee and enhance Google AdSense performance for website monetization.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Configure and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Utilize Firebase for app analytics, conversion tracking, event setup, and user journey analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and monetization placements.
- Develop detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and monitor digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to improve bidding strategies, reporting efficiency, and campaign optimization.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
Position Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with AdMob and/or AdSense monetization strategies.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Practical experience implementing Google Tag Manager.
- Experience using Firebase for mobile app analytics and tracking.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based products is highly preferred.
