Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time position based on-site in Dubai. This role is well suited to a commercially minded marketerwith a strong analytical foundation and a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities across digital channels, validating hypotheses through structured experimentation and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, implementing digital marketing strategies, overseeing brand marketing efforts and planning customer marketing campaigns. You will also help grow and elevate our DTC e-commerce channel, strengthening it as a key growth pillar alongside our core B2B business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve organizationalobjectives.
  • Compiles and analyses data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.
  • Identifiesand recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs andadditionalornew marketingstrategies and opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing calendars outlining scheduledactivities.

Budget Management:

  • Devise and manage marketing budgets inconsultation with theFinance and Sale team.
  • Ensure budget adherence andoptimizespending where possible.
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget, devising strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and Return on Investment/Return onAdvertising Spend (ROI/ROAS).

Digital Marketing Implementation

  • Strategically drive business expansion through performance-based advertising across various platforms, focusing on user acquisition, increasing basket size, and enhancing reorder rates.
  • Execute digital marketing calendars and planned activities.
  • Execute media campaign builds across all platforms in alignment with the strategies defined by the Marketing Lead with clear ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Establish scalable campaign structures, governance frameworks (naming conventions, pacing, testing protocols), and documentation to support future team growth.
  • Design and implement incrementality testing frameworks (holdout tests, geo experiments) andvalidateplatform attribution whenrequired.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages and scale what works.
  • Support budget allocation, forecasting, actualization, and pacing to ensure ROI and efficiency targets are met.
  • Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle: strategy creative launch optimise scale

Analytics, Tracking & Attribution

  • Own tracking and data integrity across GA4, ad platforms, and Shopify (pixels/tags, conversion events, UTMs).
  • Use GA4 insights, heatmaps/sessionrecordingsand campaign data toidentifyfriction on key pages including home, collections, PDPs, cart, checkout.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Analyse attribution paths and make grounded recommendations on budget allocation between channels and campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis both online and offline.
  • Update andmaintaina competitor pricing tracker and provide insights for pricing strategy adjustments.
  • Share directional DTCbehaviourinsights from GA4/Shopify data.

OrganicGrowth

  • Own the execution andperformanceof organic growthinitiatives, including SEO, contentoptimizationand on-siteimprovements, to increase qualifiedorganic traffic and conversion.
  • Track organic traffic, rankings, and revenue, and report progress with clear action items.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles sufficient to manage and evaluate external agency performance
  • BONUS: Hands-on experience with website SEO execution.

Collaboration

  • You will collaborate with the Marketing team toensurea consistent and distinctivebrand voice across channels, and partner with Sales to translate DTC customerbehaviourinsights into smarter commercial decisions.
  • Work with the marketing team to align creative(newsletter), Ads and landing pages for major campaigns.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent, with a strong data focus.

Experience

  • Proven experience inperformancemarketingrole.
  • Strong practical experience with GA4, pixel/tag implementation, and attribution basics.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta/Google Ads for e-commerce brands. (must have)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics,Klaviyo,Publer,Ahref, Meta for Business.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Hands-on content creation capability (copywriting, basic design, short-form video editing) is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build andmaintainrelationships with clients and stakeholders.
