Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling accounts, managing budgets, and driving ROI, while also demonstrating confidence in client communication and account management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Scale accounts effectively while ensuring strong ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Handle client communication and account management, ensuring expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Strong track record of managing and scaling ad accounts.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency with analytics & tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and budgets efficiently.
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
