ArabyBrand is seeking a Performance Media Buyer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor performance
  • Utilize digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking
  • Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred
  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to clients and stakeholders
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
