Job Description

Performance Media Buyer (Growth & Lead Generation) is required to join our team at Bevatel

This role sits at the intersection of media buying, funnel analytics, and revenue. You won't just

optimize CPL he will track every lead through to a closed deal, work shoulder-to-shoulder with

sales, and use AI as a daily multiplier across analysis, creative briefing, and reporting.

We expect ownership, root-cause thinking, and the ability to connect platform metrics to

business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Monitor performance daily and act proactively catch issues before they become trends.
  • Own the full funnel: from impression → lead → MQL → SQL → closed deal.
  • Track and improve lead quality, not just volume, in partnership with the sales team.
  • Manage and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all platforms.
  • Diagnose performance problems independently and trace them to root cause (tracking, creative, audience, budget, landing page, or algorithm).
  • Brief designers, video editors, and content teams translate business goals into clear creative requirements.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with real insights and next-step recommendations, not just data dumps.
  • Run structured testing (audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages) and document learnings.
  • Collaborate with sales and management to align spend with revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on performance media buying experience.
  • Proven track record in the Saudi market (KSA audience behavior, platform mix, Arabic + English campaigns).
  • Strong hands-on experience across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok Ads.
  • Solid command of campaign structure, optimization, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Experience managing the full funnel from lead gen to qualified sales (not just front-end metrics).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-quality feedback loops.

AI Skills Requirements

The candidate must be an advanced daily user of AI tools Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini and use

them as part of their workflow, not as a novelty.

Must be able to use AI for:

  • Campaign performance analysis and anomaly detection.
  • Creative ideation and ad concept generation.
  • Copywriting assistance (hooks, angles, ad variations).
  • Competitor and market research.
  • Reporting, summarization, and insight extraction.
  • Process automation (prompts, workflows, repetitive task removal).
