Responsibilities:
- Monitor the execution of tasks and ensure achievement of set targets.
- Analyze data and create, maintain, and update dashboards and performance reports regularly.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate and comprehensive performance and quality analyses.
- Improve monitoring mechanisms and enhance team workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of work.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in performance management, task monitoring, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance indicators.
- Strong skills in data analysis and performance/quality measurement.
- Good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders and team members.
- High attention to detail and commitment to work quality.
