Contribute to the development and measurement of organizational and departmental performance by preparing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and preparing periodic reports to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives and enhance overall organizational performance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Cards.
  • Monitor and update KPI data according to the approved measurement cycle.
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, relationships, and trends.
  • Apply statistical tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop predictive models to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to effectively communicate results and findings.
  • Present data in a clear and simplified manner to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments to understand their data requirements.
  • Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis.
  • Monitor data quality and implement improvements when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
