Responsibilities
- Performs all shows/sets as per schedule defined by leadership
- Maintains high quality of performance in all shows/sets performed
- Showcases and maintains technique consistently
- Prioritizes and maintains personal health and fitness standards
- Plans and executes personal warm-ups to ensure readiness for performances and safety standards are met
- Reports illness or injury to leadership team immediately following HSE procedures at all times
- Takes proper and professional care of all costume pieces, shoes, wigs, makeup, and props
- Reports any damaged costumes or props to the leadership team immediately
- Follows all company policies and procedures, including dress code, social media, and behavior expectations
- Attends all mandatory meetings and training required by Miral or the leadership team
- Assures call-times are observed and is backstage ready for performance at scheduled show start time
- Is able and willing to perform as a Face Character, show host, actor, or specialty act when required
Qualifications
- Higher secondary education or equivalent
- Higher secondary or equivalent
- Technical training in Jazz, Musical Theater, Commercial, Ballet, and Hip Hop
- Previous professional stage/performance experience
