Offering full-time roles in these regions, they present flexible contracts (3, 6, or 12-month durations). These contract roles, primarily remote, might require occasional site visits, with the potential to become permanent positions in the near future.
Roles & Technical Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Architect and optimize high-caliber solutions leveraging the C# language, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC frameworks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct rigorous code reviews utilizing tools like SonarQube, and enforce SOLID principles, and best practices in .NET development.
- Project Management: Experienced professionals will direct cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies, and delivering superior software solutions on time.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, tech stakeholders, and product managers to distill requirements, devise technical specifications, and adjust project roadmaps.
- Innovation & Enhancement: Stay updated with advancements in C# and .NET ecosystems, adopt emerging tools, and share tech insights company-wide.
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with C# and .NET ecosystems, evidenced by complex projects and contributions.
- Proven ability in designing micro-services, implementing design patterns, and scalable software infrastructures.
- For leadership roles: Demonstrated experience in overseeing technical teams, and a track record in agile project management.
- Applicants MUST be fluent in Persian/Farsi, as much of the client engagement will require these language skills.
