Job Description :
- Accelerate sales growth by nurturing existing accounts and strategically securing new customers.
- Lead the full customer journeyresponding quickly to inquiries, preparing competitive quotations, and maximizing conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless operations by actively following up on orders, coordinating deliveries, and securing timely payments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitor activity, delivering clear and actionable sales insights.
Technical Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial).
- 13 years of proven sales experience, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of tenders and spare parts sales processes, with solid commercial awareness.
- Deep understanding of engines and spare parts; handson experience with Perkins or similar diesel engine brands is a strong plus.
NonTechnical Requirements:
- Own car and valid driver's licenseflexibility to visit customers and sites.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
