Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Permit Coordinator – Job Performer. The Permit Coordinator will oversee and manage the end-to-end process of applying for permits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and obtaining necessary approvals for building projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing permit applications, scheduling inspections, liaising with customers and authorities to ensure timely project delivery, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding permit requirements and project updates.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in Permit Applications and Building Permits processes and regulations.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clients, government officials, and team members.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and scheduling Inspections to ensure compliance with building standards.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in construction, permitting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in a related area is an advantage.
