We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Permits who will be responsible for managing and controlling all permit-to-work (PTW) activities on the offshore site to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of construction, maintenance, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and control all Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes in accordance with ADNOC standards and offshore HSE requirements.
- Review, approve, and issue permits including Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space Entry, Electrical Isolation, Work at Height, and other specialized permits.
- Ensure all job risk assessments (JRA) and method statements are complete and compliant before permit approval.
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with the PTW system and operational safety standards.
- Coordinate with discipline supervisors, HSE teams, and contractor representatives to ensure safe execution of work.
- Maintain daily PTW logs, records, and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Facilitate toolbox talks and ensure all team members understand permit conditions and safety requirements.
- Participate in hazard identification (HAZID), incident reporting, and investigation when required.
- Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC codes, procedures, and offshore safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas operations, ideally in offshore environments.
- Mandatory ADNOC project or asset experience.
- Strong knowledge of PTW systems, HSE standards, and offshore operations.
- Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
