Persian/Farsi OPI/VRI Interpretation - Remote

This is a full-time remote role for a Persian/Farsi OPI/VRI Interpreter. The interpreter will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between Persian/Farsi-speaking individuals and English speakers via over-the-phone (OPI) or video remote interpreting (VRI) platforms. Key day-to-day tasks include accurately interpreting conversations in real-time, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy, and adhering to professional standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct while providing exceptional service to clients.

• Proficiency in both Persian/Farsi and English, with strong verbal communication and interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of cultural and contextual nuances in Persian/Farsi and English languages to ensure effective communication.
• Experience in over-the-phone (OPI) and/or video remote interpreting (VRI) services is preferred.
• Strong active listening, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with professional interpreting ethics, confidentiality protocols, and client service best practices.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology required for remote interpreting roles.
• Availability to work full-time with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Previous experience in a BPO or customer service setting is a plus.
