To provide financial and administrative support to the chairman, maintain and control all the tasks, and meet all the deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Chairman's office systems, including data management and filing
- Maintain records of the Chairman's contacts
- Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation
- Provide concierge services of personal finances, including paying bills, maintained check books, looking over credit card statements
- Making event and travel arrangements for the Chairman
- Optimize operations and audit systems to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
- Have a solid understanding of the business's goals, the industry operations, and the alignment between the role and the fulfilment of these business needs
- Hold computer and other operational skills like strong proficiency in managing software like MS word, MS excel, calendar software, email, etc.
- Strategic planners and go getters ready to work without being asked in most cases
- Resourceful (This means that the assistants should have intangible and intuitive ability to make that which seems impossible to)

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or related field.
- Experience of 3 Years or above
