Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation when required.
Maintain confidential records and documents.
Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with office coordination, filing systems, and follow-ups.
Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Support ad-hoc administrative and business tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
-35 years of experience supporting C-level executives in applying country.
-Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Fluency in Arabic and English
